The protection of your data is an essential part of our customer service!

It is very important to us that you trust us implicitly with processing and using your personal data.
We need the data you provide us for your booking in order to process your ticket request.  Any use of your data over and beyond this will only take place if you have given us your explicit permission to do so.
You may be sure of that!

The Regulation presented here, which forms an integral element of our business relationships, will describe to you in detail the meaning of data protection.

1.    Use of your data for executing the order
It is generally possible for the user to visit the ticket shop site without having to enter personal data. However, the user is required to log-in in order to be able to use all the functions of the ticket shop. To this end, the user is required to enter their name, address, telephone number and email address. DERTICKETSERVICE.DE GmbH (DTS) processes the user's personal data in accordance with the data protection provisions to which this contract is subject. It will automatically collect, process and use this data for the establishment, arrangement or amendment of the contractual arrangement. If it is necessary for the fulfilment of the concluded contracts to pass this data on to contractors commissioned with the performance of the contract, this will be performed with explicit reference to the Federal Data Protection Act.
Furthermore, DTS will not make the user's data available to third parties unless the user has issued their express consent to this, and this consent may be revoked at any time without providing reasons to DTS.

Prior to the event for which the user has purchased a ticket, the user may possibly be sent (by email) additional information of assistance for attending the event (e.g. directions to the event and parking facilities) directly from DTS, the event organiser or by the venue for example. The information described under No. 1 will be used for this service.

2.    User account
The user may access its user account at any time to inquire and change the data stored for use by DTS. To arrange the irreversible deletion of their data, the user need only send a message to this effect to DTS. The user is given notice that under particular circumstances certain personal data may only be deleted after a specific time period due to statutory or contractual duties of retention. In this case the relevant data will be blocked until the time of deletion.

3.    Cookies
Cookies are used to design the ticket shop site to be as user-friendly as possible for the user. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user's hard drive. Cookies are used for the shopping basket function as well as for generating statistics concerning the use of the ticket shop, in order that the website can be continuously improved for the user. DTS does not employ any technologies that link information generated by cookies with user data for the purpose of identifying the user. The ticket shop can generally be used without cookies, but this will restrict its functions. Web browsers can be configured to generally accept or decline cookies or to do so depending on the specific case.

4.    Web analysis
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics employs cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis to be made of your use of this website. The information concerning your use of the website as generated by each cookie will usually be relayed to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, before doing so Google will be abbreviate your IP address within the Member States of the European Union or in other States that are members of the European Economic Area (known as IP masking). Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be communicated to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of this website operator, Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website in order to compile reports about users’ website activities and to provide the operator with other services connected with website use and internet use. The IP address relayed by your browser within the Google Analytics process will not be linked to any other data owned by Google. 5.    External links
This ticket shop website may contain links to the webpages of other website providers. DTS does not have any control over the contents of such websites and the user is therefore advised to read the data protection information provided there. DTS assumes no liability with respect to the contents of linked webpages.

6.    Social networks
This ticket shop contains social plug-ins for the facebook.com social network. The operator of the network is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter "Facebook"). When calling a ticket shop webpage containing a social plug-in (such as a Like button), the user's browser establishes a connection to Facebook's servers and the content required for the social plug-ins will be loaded. In this context Facebook will be provided with the web address called by the user, the date and time of the call as well as the user's IP address. If the user is simultaneously logged into Facebook, Facebook can attribute the page visit to the user's Facebook account. If the user clicks on the Like button in the ticket shop, this information will likewise be communicated to Facebook at which point it will be stored there. If a relay of data to Facebook is not desired, the user must log out of Facebook before visiting the ticket shop. If the ticket shop user does not have a Facebook account, there is nevertheless the possibility that Facebook will learn of the IP address in question and store it. DTS has no control whatsoever over the contents of the plug-ins and the communication of information to Facebook.
